The following shipping charges form part of our Terms & Conditions

18. Shipping

18.1 The minimum shipping charge is £6.95. Shipping costs are veriable depending on the nature & size of the order - see 18.2.

18.2 Due to the size and bulky nature of some orders (For example; pipe work due to its length, vortexes, and large filter bays which are measured by volume) Unfortunately due to high costs levied by the carriers we cannot waiver our delivery charge's on such items. It is difficult to price accurately costs of shipping, until we have acknowledged the order(s). We endeavor to keep shipping costs to a minimum and assess each and every order individually.

Please note - In order to keep customers happy we do every thing in our power to keep shipping costs to an absolute minimum and certainly do not profit from any such charges.

18.3 We guarantee that any amendments to the shipping costs will be confirmed and agreed with the buyer if necessary upon receipt of order(s) and any amendment to the final purchase price will be made & charged accordingly. We reserve the right to amend the value of an order to reflect true shipping costs and goods are only dispatch under the satisfaction of the buyer. This system works and is more beneficial to our customers.

18.4 While we will try to meet any despatch dates that we give you, please note that they are just estimates: they are not guarantees and should not be treated as such. All orders are processed in order of arrival and despatched accordingly.

18.5 Shipping Costs - A Guide - (this includes wrapping & packing)

PLEASE NOTE: All shipping costs include the cost of time spent wrapping & cost of packaging materials. Most packages will be delivered by courier. Royal Mail 1st Class will only be used at our discretion on small parcels.
